Life Membership & Nancy Boardman Award

How to submit a Nomination

Please send an email to the Secretary at ctgi.executive@gmail.com containing:

  1. the reasons for the nomination

  2. that addresses each point of the eligibility criteria below

  3. carbon copy (cc) into the email of the adult member who is seconding your nomination.

Life Membership
Nomination Criteria
​

  • Any adult financial member may nominate a member for Life membership.

  • Nominations are to be in writing and to be seconded by another adult financial member.

  • The nomination is to contain reasons for the nomination.

  • Any such nomination is to be received by the
    Secretary by 30th November in each year.

 

To be eligible for Life membership a member:

  1. must have at least ten years of continuous membership OR thirteen years of broken membership.

  2. must have served as a member of the Executive Committee for at least 3 years.

  3. must have conducted themselves in a way that has been beneficial to other members and will have rendered identifiable valuable service during their membership that has enhanced the quality of Campbelltown Theatre Group.


The Executive Committee will decide on the recipient at their absolute discretion and will announce any approval for Life membership at the Annual General Meeting. The Committee may, but is not obliged, to offer reason/s for its decision to approve or disapprove any nomination for Life membership.

Nancy Boardman Award
Nomination Criteria

The Nancy Boardman Award will be conferred in recognition of outstanding service given to Campbelltown Theatre Group during that particular year.

  • Any adult financial member may nominate a member for the Nancy Boardman Award.

  • Nominations are to be in writing and to be seconded by another adult financial member.

  • The nomination is to contain reasons for the nomination.

  • Any such nomination is to be received by the
    Secretary by 30th November in each year.

 

To be eligible for the Nancy Boardman Award a member:

  1. must be a financial member.

  2. must have conducted themselves, during the year, in a way that has been beneficial to other members and will have rendered identifiable valuable service during their membership that has enhanced the quality of Campbelltown Theatre Group.


The Executive Committee will decide on the recipient at their absolute discretion and will announce any recipient for the Nancy Boardman Award at the Annual General Meeting. The Committee may, but is not obliged, to offer reason/s for its decision to approve or disapprove any nomination for the Nancy Boardman Award.
