Purchase Policy

Terms and Conditions that govern your order or purchase of all ticket sales online (TryBooking), by phone and in person:

 

  1. The sale of a Ticket and attendance at an Event are subject to these terms and conditions, the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice – Industry Code and Consumer Code (‘LPA Code’), and any additional terms and conditions notified at the time of Ticket sale (collectively, ‘Ticketing Terms and Conditions / Purchase Policy').
     

  2. Such Ticketing Terms and Conditions apply to both the original purchaser/Ticket holder and any subsequent Ticket holder, and You are deemed to have agreed to these Ticketing Terms and Conditions by acquiring a Ticket and/or seeking to attend an Event. By purchasing a Ticket on behalf of someone else, You undertake to inform them of these Ticketing Terms and Conditions.
     

  3. Where the LPA Code and these terms and conditions conflict, the Campbelltown Theatre Group terms and conditions will prevail, to the extent of any inconsistency.
     

  4. Campbelltown Theatre Group reserves the right to: add, withdraw, or substitute artists; vary advertised programmes; amend seating arrangements and audience capacity; and refuse admission, with reasonable cause. You will be notified of such changes where the LPA Code requires You to be so notified.
     

  5. Except where prescribed laws provide otherwise, Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Campbelltown Theatre Group, be re-sold or offered for re-sale for more than 110% of the original Ticket price. If a Ticket is sold or offered for resale or used in breach of this condition, the Ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the Ticket holder may be refused admission.
     

  6. Tickets are valid only when purchased through Campbelltown Theatre Group. These rules also apply to Tickets issued by other Authorised Ticket Sellers (if any).
     

  7. The right of admission is reserved by Campbelltown Theatre Group Inc.
     

  8. Choose your performance time and date very carefully. Tickets can only be exchanged, returned or refunded in accordance with the LPA Code of Practice for the Ticketing of Live Entertainment in Australia - www.liveperformance.com.au
     

  9. The right is reserved to refuse admission to a ticket holder who arrives late to the venue. There will be no refunds. The ticket holder may not be allocated to their designated seat or area, until there is a convenient break in the program, if any, or at interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start of the performance.
     

  10. Patrons who are noisy, drunk, threatening, unruly or disrupt a performance, who are in use or possession of prohibited objects, or who fail to produce concession ID and/or a senior card as appropriate may be asked to leave the venue without refund of ticket purchase.
