We have three options for you to purchase your tickets, either via our secure online ticketing site, by phone or in person at our Box Office 45 minutes prior to each performance. On the night or day walk-up tickets from our Box Office are frequently limited, so it is preferential for you to book online or call our Booings Officer before arriving.

Our Bookings Officer will help you with all your telephone booking enquiries. If they are unable to take your call, please leave a message and they will get back to you ASAP!

Tickets are to be collected 45 minutes prior to each performance.

Group Bookings

If you have a large group of 10 or more, you can place a reservation whilst finalising your group numbers, to make a group booking please email your request. All reservations must be finalised and paid for no later than 2 weeks prior to your booked event date.

Wheelchair & Accessible seating
The Town Hall Theatre offers accessible seating in Row R & S. This seating is available to patrons who may be wheelchair or mobility aid users, those with low mobility or struggle with stairs, and their companions. Please get in touch with our Booking Officer on 0426 285 287 with any questions and to book seats.
